Back to Castilleja!

It’s been really fun to go back to Castilleja school in Palo Alto for the 3rd year in a row!

In a very special workshop organized for the ‘Tasting Week’ (Semaine du Goût) in the French department, we played with Whipped Cream and Choux, and talked (in French!) about the importance of pastry, dessert and sweet in general in the French food culture.
